Where are the bags made?

All bags are made with love in my small studio in Hambühren, Germany.

I always pay attention to high-quality materials and clean workmanship, as my goal is to create a durable bag that will give you long-lasting pleasure.

What materials are used?

My bags are made of faux leather, cotton and coated cotton.

I use Decovil and interfacing to reinforce the cotton fabrics. This provides the stability that keeps the bags in shape.

Can I also get a customized bag?

Yes, very much so.

If possible, I can also make you an individual bag.

Can I also have the bag personalized?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for me to offer personalized bags.

Order & Payment

What payment options do I have?

You can pay in my shop with all common payment systems.

These include: PayPal, Klarna Sofort, Klarna purchase on account, Amazon Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, advance payment

Can I also pick up my bag?

Yes, that is also possible.

I don't have a store, but you are welcome to arrange a pick-up time with me.

How are the bags shipped?

I send all bags via DHL Warenpost. You will receive the tracking number by email once I have made your bag and it is ready for packaging.

Shipping abroad?

Unfortunately, due to the new packaging laws in various countries, it is no longer possible to ship to all countries.

Therefore, I only ship to Switzerland.

Return & Exchange

Can I return the bag if I don't like it?

Basically, you have a 14-day right of return and can send undamaged items back to us within this period.

Who covers the return costs?

Since I am still a small label, my costs for DHL's shipping service are relatively high. For this reason, I am unfortunately unable to offer free returns to my customers yet.

If you wish to return an item, you can of course also use another service provider (such as Hermes).

What do I do if I receive a faulty bag?

Since the satisfaction of my customers is very important to me, I always pay attention to high-quality workmanship. If there is something wrong with your bag, please contact me immediately:
